A bit surprised by this Ann, as a majority of explorers who haven't done recent capital raisings would be in the same position (low cash flow and negative quarter to half yearly forward estimates on outgoings compared to revenue).

Maybe for VIC was issued given the yachtie lifestyle of the Chairman/management and the ASX was just checking in to see how serious they are about VIC's future (and their own lifestyle preserving choice of yachting) LOL.
