Panorama, a capital raising wasn't foreshadowed by the company. It was flagged as one of a number of possible financing options going forward.
I would hope and expect that if there was any possibility of getting a Progenza deal done in Japan in the next few months, the Board would be doing whatever it could to stave off a prior capital raising at depressed share prices.
