Perhaps someone in the ASX is if he/she will fall for that kind of crap.
As if the Directors wouldn't already know what their key reporting obligations are for crying out loud. If not, what are they doing there.??
Just look at the Chairman for instance who has been a Director of CDU since it's inception and now that he is the Chairman of this hot dog you are telling me that he wouldn't know his key reporting obligations under the Corporation Act.??
With that very poorly executed response to the ASX query, I think that someone should quickly go back to the drawing board and start afresh.
It never stops to amaze me what the ASX is actually doing when they get crap responses/excuses the likes of this one.
