Yep - but it also might mean someone else is keen to get out.
The first question is....is it one person (or entity) buying and .... is it one person (or entity) selling ???????
The second question is...... which party is right ????????
The third (& most important!!) question is.....if it is the buyer who is right - WHO is the buyer and WHAT available information were they relying on when they hit the "buy" button ????????
As always....only time (and a bit of research) will tell.
