If you did your own research (as you advise), you would see that the director in question has a holding of over 35million shares, has been buying on-market continually for some time, and that this particular transaction was self-evidently not-material -- 300K shares of value $4500 -- representing an increase of less than 1% in his holding.

If you think a director intentionally gets him/herself into trouble over the marginal gain or loss on a sum like $4500 (which at 1 pip point is $300), you are frankly deluded. And if you, moreover, think that there was anything truly market sensitive in the Quarterly, you are also in need of some fresh air. In fact, for explorers who have no revenue, there is rarely anything of a market sensitive nature revealed in a quarterly.

If they have something good to say, you won't find it in the quarterly - they will let you know directly! I suggest you find something else to complain about, and just be thankful that a director of junior is putting his money where his mouth is: that's almost always an excellent sign. You should be happy!
