Getting sued for not keeping the market informed. How ironic that the only reason investors found out about this is because it was reported in the media. Six months ago or earlier someone on HC was questioning why they hadn't informed the market about this lawsuit. Obviously not learning from their mistakes, this company is disgraceful when it comes to communication!
