@Trommel , released an hour before close - someone had time to notice and dropped the SP 11%. I dread to see what Monday will bring.

IMO, the biggest problem is that there’s only 86k on the whole buy side... if you want to sell, who’s there to buy (yes, certainly not directors given appetite history)?

The line that worries me most is, “is yet to make a final decision on the funding amount, number of shares and pricing.” Imo it reads, 7 weeks out from an empty bank account and potential VA, we don’t know who wants to buy and how much (if any) or at what price!!!
