This time the incoming CR might have the opposite effect on the share price and actually push it higher, of course all depends on the CR price. But if the board can pull this round of CR off the ground with good price, market confidence will bounce back strong on the stock given all the possitive progress on EcoGraph and Finance announce in the quartery report.
Time will tell.
