KNL won’t get any partner for anything until they resolve the ATO bill, they will have to raise cash to pay it out or have it provisioned and put aside as no potential investor would want that overhang. It’s just business. We would all require that if we were on the other side of the deal, once that happens then the company is in a better position to negotiate otherwise it’s just another cut to the discount, and it wouldn’t be a paper cut.
