@unicrumba I admire you holding your chin up and putting on a brave face, but it does nothing to change reality or to help the situation. In fact it allows for management to keep on collecting exorbitant salaries without being questioned or held accountable imo. There are real problems here and some of it is disclosure, imo:

- The ASX has decided R&D claims were false and wants its money back. The repercussions of this are still not being acknowledged by management
- In one presentation, KNL claims to have finance partners/stakeholders (1), and in the next there is no such claims at all (2), and then they're insinuated as being 'interested' by just tagging on logos (3). Where's the consistency and truth?
- Alarmingly, according to the most recent presentation, key legislation issues are still being worked through, including "international banks and bank accounts" and "governing law – disputes" (3, slide 7). Where's the clarity on how big these obstacles really are?

We could go on, but it's probably too late for accountability now.

Do you think the ATO will ever get its money back or will taxpayers be left holding the bag, just as shareholders have paid exorbitant wages to management for years with nothing tangible to show for it?

As a taxpayer, I'm also extremely annoyed at managements conduct.
