    There are some serious alarm bells ringing for me.

    Watching the cashflow reports now for signs that this is getting better but so far its going in the other direction.

    Management need to start delivering....all the announcements of blue sky will not increase EBIT....they need to increase their revenue or else I fear a major exodus.
