took profits and sitting on a smaller stake AFTER I read the AEZ response. Ppl are right, this isn't investment grade, more speculative at this point, until its finances are back in order at least. With a more than 'substantial 15%' drop in its results, it was that news that sparked my sell.

Interestingly, I don't recall reading any specifics other than things are tough at the moment. More writedowns in the face of good Germany figures, must be the rest of the portfolio underperforming and increasing tenancy vacancies.

I'd be keen to find out who the previous day's buying was which prompted the price surge, maybe we'll see an announcement in the next few days.
