re: Ann: CPB: Response to Ammtec's Result... Its interesting that AEC have pushed their ex-divi date out by 3 weeks. Over the past 3 years the ex-divi date is the 25th Sept. Maybe they are giving CPB some breathing time to get a revised offer in before the ex-divi date?

But whatever date CPB set, if the offer is not amended to better multiple they have no chance of success. I've bought these AEC shares over a period of 5 years and they are now on the cusp of really turning it on for shareholders and CPB want to lob a low-ball offer now?

Dont think so Greg, I've had your boys leave two messages on my phone, but if you havent worked out from my lack of response that I'm not interested in your offer in its current form, you never will.

I'll be happy to see this offer lapse, as for the share price falling, mate happy to see that too, because I'll be there.
