Opportunity.................. POG continues to go up and a vast array of marginal resources become economically feasible to mine and the new company morphs into a successful mid tier producer. Today's SP will prove to be very cheap.

Threat.......................... POG drops and a vast array of marginal resources will bankrupt the new company. Investors will do their dough............ doh!!

Anyhow, the challenge will be huge and the rewards massive if management are up to the task.

Therefore the punt is twofold:

1. Will POG continue to go up?
2. Are management up to the task?

So.......... I'm in; but only with what I'm prepared to write off should one or both of the punt factors go against me.
