You know guys I was the mill superintendent that put this plant online and then was given my marching orders and it really should not have been commissioned as a lot off the equipment was defective and to old and the plant was not finished and is still not.As for a cut off grade you would need to be looking at a gram as it does not do a high enough tonnage and there still is no goldroom as far as I know.It really is a pity that they they did not finish the plant off as it has good potential and to add another mill or to replace what they have is not that expensive but realistically you need to be doing some where around 100tph for this project to be viable once you factor in plant availability and recovery and a head grade of 1.5gpt could put you in a good position if you keep overheads down.
