Not just Africa @butz. Still plenty of it here in Australia and the globe in general. Just a different style with corporate corruption.
Regarding Malawi the disappointing fact is the majority are not educated and the gov is quick to blame mining companies to pass the buck. If govts adhere to regulations then mining companies can not exploit.
Think the PFS will be pretty much what the market already knows. BFS - logistics signing - mining licenses - offtake agreements. We're a way off yet but certainly on track and advancing rapidly.
