yeah I agree. I guess many people who have been following RIV were somewhat anticipating this news but even so, it is quite strange that the price has hardly moved. Gives some of us more time to build their holdings I guess!
I was very pleased to read in the announcement that they will be factoring in the effect of the GFC on the cost reduction of setting up operations, excellent news as well.
