Well, I’ve discussed my position on this before.
I AM NOT suggesting that Tony or the Board are, or may, act in an unlawful, unethical or inappropriate manner.
I’m simply outlining what I consider to be the perils of investing in a company like azure at this stage of its life cycle
The pathway from an explorer to producer is one bedeviled by many risks and challenges
What a Board (or an MD) may consider to be in the long term interests of ‘the company’ may not be in the best interests of existing shareholders
There are many examples on the ASX where long term retail holders have been burnt in this way. I’ll not revisit them now
As to why I believe Tony may be excessively fixated on building of mines on these tenements, it’s based on my own reading and observations.
