In my opinion Tony has been a poor performer

I base my opinion on the most transparent and objective measure possible - his ability to generate ROI

Not over a short period (I understand exploration is a numbers game and success is often accompanied by failure)

He has not commercialized a single project or earned a single peso in revenue in more than ten years!!

I believe one is entitled to draw firm conclusions when examining results over such a very long timeframe.

The company has spent 60 or 70m in shareholder dollars iirc and not generated any revenue in return.

One may speculate about the future, but based on history one must surely acknowledge the company has failed to perform to expectation
