re: Ann: Resource Capital Research - Analyst ... KRM's company presentation yesterday in Sydney highlighted
the company's prospects over the upcomming year.

Chris Start, the new MD, spent some time explaining the Talang Santo find 7 kilometers north of the Way Linggo mine.He said that drill results are pointing to Telang Santo potentially being another high grade mine. He said that there are 10 rigs in action on the company's Sumatrian
sites.

Mr Start said that the SAG mill is being now installed at Way Linggo which will lift mining capacity from 140K tons to 200K tons P/A.He said that the installation would stop production for 5 days or so but the plant's extra milling capacity would very quickly make up the stoppage and more.

Looking forward to June 2012, Mr Start said that the company's free cashflow would likely be US$62 mil
with a post capex free cashflow of $US42 mil.

Tim Spencer, the Finance Director said that a small divident by Christmas was possible depending on Capex..

Mr Stark went on to say that the revamped plant would have a capacity of up to 600K tons p/a.

Mr Stark wound up his presentation by highlighting other mines in the nearby Trans Sumatra Fault Zone namely:-
Martabe (6.5 mil ozs)
Pongkor (3.6 mil ozs)
Lebong Tandai (1.4 mil ozs)
Lebong Donak Donok (1.3 mil ozs)

It was also good to meet Bill Phillips, mine manager, who
in a previous life, oversaw the development of Medusa's
Co-O very profitable gold mine in the Southern Phillipines.
