I am also having trouble finding reference to this, but hey - they get $4.5m of cash that they were not otherwise counting on. This coupled with generated free cash flow for this calendar year should drop net debt down to mid to high $30's million territory by year end.
The recovery story and balance sheet mending continues. Key will be delivery of improved trading from here.
