    In the screenshot 'the company' is CM1.
    So CM1 have formed a new agreement with a private royalty holder that was due $3.125m from BNR's share.
    This is new to me.
    Not in the ann. on this thread.
    Not in BNR's previous Geko ann.
    Can anyone shed any light?
