Will be very interesting to see who is appointed MD/CEO following this...  given that Copper Blow is approaching the end game of resource estimation a tempo/style change could be very strong to reboot focus and momentum especially if a really strong business minded and less geo orientated appointment results.   Could be a very timely change ultimately to shift gears as the project reaches the apex. 

Change can present a great opportunity.
