No idea. Wouldn't jump to any conclusions to early. When you work anywhere for nearly 10 years personal family matters do crop up. That could be a factor maybe not. It sounds as though Chris is unable to give 100% of hit time to the project and company but the announcement makes clear he is willing to offer his expertise from the sidelines so very interesting. I hope that all is well just in case it is something tricky.
Everything is in good shape. Well funded to start Copper Blow work. Progressing towards resource initial measurement etc... on the surface things look good so a bit sad that he has to leave.
If we progesss towards something great at Copper Blow it will be in large part to his work.
Be calm and carry on its heading steadily to a decent outcome and personnel changes are not going to alter the final facts.
