Amigos, all is quiet on the western front. In the short space of a couple of months there has been a capital raising, resignation of the managing director and restructure of the board. The quarterly report discusses plans ("What next?" on page 5), using words such as "proposes", but no timeframe is given. I'm guessing that the company is waiting on the new team to make decisions before the exploration program is restarted. Has anyone got any views?
I recently emailed Chris to hopefully get some sort of guidance - I asked if there were any time frames around drilling or any decisions being made.
"Unfortunately I can not answer your questions. This summer has beenparticularly difficult for the farmers out at Broken Hill with very severedrought conditions. They are particularly sensitive to any activities whichdisturb their stock. Further to this the board has made no decision on when theprogram, outlined before the last fundraising, will commence. I am sorry Icannot be more helpful."
Guess it is just a waiting game from here..
