Otherwise to help you as you seem confused - RWD is only working on their PRE Feas Study. Remember the new MD that you yourself applauded so loudly explained it (oooh, maybe that's why he got the ar$e - too honest!). There is no "floating" about it. This simply means that RWD, like everyone else, will have work that flows through to their final Bankable FS from the work they are doing on the PFS. Don't for a moment think they are different to anyone else on this front.
