digby - I would imagine that the company would get a charge / security over Sharons holding (if the announcement today was anything to go by) which is worth around $600k if my calculations are correct, thus preventing her to dump on market.
Her repayment terms are more then generous?
Company has $8.8 mill @ bank @ 30 September 2014. Another $500k went to admin from 1 July to 30 September.
