KP is not leaving for another month and a half and then staying on as a noenexecutive director for a further 4 months, that would tend to indicate the separation was amicable. It would be good for him if he could bring in the PPA's as his legacy.
Clearly there has been a boardroom and management coup and whoever orchestrated that has something in mind and is in possession of information us ordinary (non sophisticated) investors don't know.
Whoever is behind this is not just rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic, they must beleive this company has a future, otherwise it would heve been better for the stain of failure to be attached to the reputations of those who have gone.
Is it too much to ask in the next Quarterly Report to have some honesty about what has recently happened ......probably.
