As of the 9th of May the forecast cashflows from WD was $24 so if you make a back of envelope calculation using some hybrid price between Au price then and now you could come up with number that should be close enough.
The WD infrastructure can be moved to Qld if WD isn't extended. From the horses mouth after the Sydney presentation.
I still expect WD to be extended.
