Jason inherited the new Darwin works & if he liked it or not he had to make it happen , pretty rough blaming him for this . I know the bloke well & can see no sound reason why he would be removed other than either he had a better offer or he was surrounded by toxic non supportive whiteants. If the latter was the case then I could well see him leaving. He had a 5 yr plan I find it hard to think of him not finishing that plan without a real good reason.
