when i spoke to SE at the AGM he mentioned (maybe hinted) that he was all for making way for the right board composition when it was needed. he was saying his expertise lay in promoting and getting these companies up and rolling and that not being a technical miner, he expected a time to come when more technical people would be needed to move towards production. seems he was giving a sneak peak.
