A friend of mine works in the industry and he said that the founders were very difficult to deal with and set in their ways (I toned it down). It could be a good thing for the new CEO to have clear air with founders no longer hanging on. As a shareholder I really want to see some independent directors who have expertise in ASX software businesses. I originally invested in a software company so it would be nice to see it behave like one. The Chant West business was profitable but has gone nothing but sideways for the past few years. Probably lots of fat in their operating expenses too.
