I will presume on listing there will be a mass exodus of shareholders at any price........this would make a great tax loss for some s/holders if needed.

IMO, Being a Peruvian Co I would expect that they know the talk/lingo and how things are done in that country to gain the best results. Besides their own operations maybe they can also get the local ore suppliers back into feeding the processing plant with good quality/quantity ores at the right prices.

I also Would like an update from administrators about their previously raised issues of as to how things have worked out with some shares and con notes issues that may have been questionably dealt in the past by previous management and whether the administrator or the new Co intends to make or not make any actual claims (if any) against previous directors. I suppose deep down as a s/holder all these issues will most likely probably now not be explained by the administrators as I suppose the new Co will now deal personally with those issues in house issues themselves once all necessary agreement doc's have been signed ????.

I for one think that the next 12 months will be very interesting times to see if the fortunes of this Co can be turned around
