The fact that there is a DOCA demonstrates that the company had/has assets worth something, as well as future potential. It also demonstrates that previous management were totally inept at actually delivering. I hope that the new board and created company actually delivers. And the small amount current shareholders have rises to a point where people at least get some capital back. I really found it hard to believe that with a plant and so much land in a gold, copper and iron ore province miz could be worth nothing. It nearly is and may do a phoenix with a new board and direction. It's a pity the old boy with Peruvian connections didn't return earlier. Fingers crossed they find more gold, the plant actually starts operating and the Gold price rises. Then we may see a rise from the ashes and the total debacle that has been the last 2 years.
