I agree Rick, he regained some of his integrity and respect from me but this is still the man that depleted the accounts and ran the company into the ground. How much benefit can he be to us honestly, I honestly don’t think he will add any value and is just a ploy for him to still derive an income from the company. I think we need to
monitor his input and then decide how much we pay him on a contractual basis. KPI’s need to be set and he needs to bring in income to the company to derive an income, no more free rides!
