For what it’s worth, the company desperately needs a capital reconstruction. Not sure who is providing APG advice but it makes absolutely no sense to run a SPP at $0.001. In fact, it’s just plain stupid and indicates that MT is not the only issue. The Chairman has been an absolute stinker and to be fair, he should have been the first to go.
