The key is not to get anyone on the board just to be compliant but to get the right people in that have experience and

It’s all too late. You won’t be getting anyone remotely decent on this board. The fact is that it’s close to being insolvent. Who wants to be there when/if this was to occur?

i suspect the auditors will be closely monitoring the situation.

This was a long time coming.
