Such 'behavior' was clearly orchestrated by frustrated shareholders. Have you not been following along? Shareholders had a gut full of MT promising year in year out without any results.
 
And as False has indicated, this is not an unusual happening to companies on the asx. Doesn't seem to be an issue at all, at least for the time being.

I for one am instilled with huge confidence that real change has just taken place and with new blood at the helm, running the company in a more positive way is how I see the future for APG.
