This was clearly not unexpected and you agree that they are in breach, but I am not surprised you are supportive of such behavior.
Also with the forfeited shares why have they not updated with the Appendix 3Y and why has there not been a 3Z for MT.
These are just simple admin jobs and removing the zinc out of the electric furnace dust commercial is bloody hard.
Does not instill much confidence that there has been any real change in the way the company is run.
