Ann: Resignation of Director, page-14

No sure of Justin's reasons Eagle but I did have the utmost respect for his communications. 

Here's my email to management and their response:

"I was disappointed to hear about your resignation Justin. You've been such a great asset to our company and I personally have valued your professionalism, insight and knowledge during tough times. You have been diligent and demonstrated an excellent work ethic in your communications, etc. I have loved the way you have always been available to discuss shareholder concerns and bat difficult situations... as we know, often without validation! For these reasons, you will be sorely missed. However, I am very pleased to hear that you still will be with us in a consultative role as we partner with others at Riqueza and, hopefully, Cerro. Go well and all the best with your next chapter!"

Ross: Very well said Paul - 100% on all fronts  

Justin: Genuinely appreciated Paul. I intend to remain a shareholder and will of course be deeply interested in the Company.
