Agreed - It seems that BOD reform depends on old directors becoming senile .... When one considers that there's 55m shares on issues, and only 10-12m shares voted ..... shows the level of apathy amongst shareholders, is high. Moreover considering the small number of shares voting, and the high probability that the BOD voted for all the motions, especially the remuneration report, then that means that a very high proportion of non BOD shareholders (who bothers to vote) voted against the motions, especially the remuneration report.The lack of endorsement of the re-election of the BOD was also telling ??
The AGM presentation was full of the usual 'blue sky' but nothing substantial about matters that would allow shareholders to sleep easy.
