Paul’s resignation will take effect from the Company’s 2018 AGM (which is expected to be held in November). Prior to his resignation becoming effective, Paul and the Board will continue to pursue opportunities for the acquisition of a new business to create value for shareholders.
Do shareholders really want Paul who has resigned having any input into any new acquisition just saying
