Resignation of Director
Optiscan Imaging Limited (OIL or the Company) wishes to advise that Mr Alan Hoffman has tendered his resignation
as Executive Chairman of the Company effective close of business 17 April 2018.
The Board would like to thank Mr Hoffman for his valuable and significant contribution to the Company during his
tenure.
A Final Directors Interest Notice for Mr Hoffman will follow this release.
