    I wonder if Mr. Clatworthy will be replaced with another director or whether they will maintain only 3.

    I would have to check the Corporations Act/ASX Rules/MEI constitution to figure out if they actually need 4.

    Mr. Clatworthy appears to have been the broker/money guy - perhaps some new blood in this area would be good.
