    Seems he's now resigned from all boards including RVR and ACW.

    The ASIC website indicates a Public Court Trial on three counts of providing false or misleading information to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), following an ASIC investigation. The trial commenced on the 14th October 2013 but can't see any more info on the outcome?..
