    It is not a question of IRM "wanting" the legal fees back. The charges were against David Zohar and NOT IRM so the monies were borrowed from IRM by David Zohar and most definitely should be returned, every cent.

    14 months gaol, with a minimum of 5 months to be served. Not enough!
