Slipform can take control by demanding payment at anytime.
This won't be anywhere near the certainty the institutions will be looking for, so they won't, imo be investing until absolute guarantees over a long period are in place.
Waiting until increased revenues are rolling in then taking over isn't shooting yourself in the foot ,its morally questionable but thats how the billionaires roll has been my experience.
