I'm a bit surprised here. Last year it sounded as though Mr Benavides had the local nous to make this thing work. Still, I suppose the new financiers (for want of the right expression) wanted to install their own choices as directors and management. At least we're getting announcements now anyway. Soon they might even give us some sort of outline as to what exactly will happen and when - maybe.
