As with ROS, you seem to feel free about passing comment on stocks that you have no "sentiment" or financial interest in including FMJ, KEY & JMB via your previous posts. What brings you over here to ROS with such authority??

With the amount of work to be done and the cracking pace that Smith is renowned to work at, it makes a lot of sense to me to have a dedicated full-time team on the ground in (say) Almaty, rather than 'part time' contractors placed out of reach in Perth.

"Executive Chairman Ross Smith said, 'Red October's rapid growth requires the services of a dedicated Corporate Management Team...."

I would imagine another initiative also revolves around ROS establishing and securing a real presence in Kazakhstan, leading to a greater sense of belonging and heightening ROS's profile as a serious concern able to act swiftly as and when needed. It appears that Hemisphere may not have been able to achieve these ends as a contractor, hence the closure of the relationship.

Logical, rational, purposeful and to the betterment of ROS, IMO.
