i don't believe so. Its lending division is small (c20m in Nov 18) and nowhere near payday lending. Average interest rate is 13.7% and average term is 5.1 years. Lisa Stedman has been with them since 2011 which is a decent tenure. Perhaps she's looking for her next challenge. I can't discern anything more from the announcement but always worth keeping a close eye on Management movements.
